Topladığımız bilgiler
- Hesap bilgileri: E-posta ile giriş yaparsan e-posta adresin; Apple ya da Google ile giriş yaparsan sağlayıcının verdiği kullanıcı kimliği, e-posta adresin ve (paylaşırsan) adın. Hesap oluşturmadan kullanırsan yalnızca anonim bir misafir kimliği oluşturulur.
- Aile paylaşımı: Bir aileye katılırsan ailede görünen adın. Aile üyeleri ailedeki ürünleri, belgeleri ve garantileri birlikte görür.
- Satın almalar: Ownwise Plus satın alırsan satın alma kaydın (ürün, tarih, fiyat, ülke). Ödemeyi Apple alır; kart bilgilerini biz hiç görmeyiz.
- Belgeler: Taradığın ya da yüklediğin fatura, fiş, garanti belgesi ve kılavuzların görüntüleri veya PDF'leri ile bunlardan okunan metin.
- Girdiğin içerik: Ürün adı, marka, model, seri numarası, kategori, mağaza, satın alma tarihi, fiyat, garanti ve iade süreleri, notlar.
- Kullanım ve hata kayıtları: Uygulamayı geliştirmek ve sorunları bulmak için kendi analitik sunucumuzda (VoSpace) tutulan olaylar: hesap oluşturma, satın alma ve teknik hata kayıtları. Bu olaylar hesap kimliğinle ilişkilendirilir; belgelerinin içeriği bunlara eklenmez. Reklam yoktur, seni başka uygulama veya sitelerde takip etmeyiz.
Belgelerin okunması
Belge yüklediğinde, ürün ve garanti bilgilerini otomatik doldurmak için belge Google'ın Gemini yapay zekâ hizmetine gönderilir. Google bu içeriği isteği yanıtlamak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için sınırlı bir süre işler; modellerini eğitmek için kullanmaz. Belgelerin kendi sunucularımızda saklanır.
Satın almaların işlenmesi
Ownwise Plus satın almaları RevenueCat aracılığıyla doğrulanır. RevenueCat'e hesap kimliğin, cihaz kimliği ve Apple'dan gelen satın alma kaydı iletilir; bu bilgiler yalnızca satın almanı doğrulamak ve geri yüklemek için kullanılır. RevenueCat'in gizlilik politikası: revenuecat.com/privacy
Cihazında kalan bilgiler
Garanti ve iade hatırlatmaları cihazında oluşturulur.
Bilgileri nasıl kullanıyoruz
Bilgilerini yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için kullanırız: belgelerini ve ürünlerini saklamak, belgeleri okumak, aramanı yanıtlamak, giriş kodu e-postaları göndermek, satın almanı doğrulamak ve hataları gidermek. Bilgilerini satmayız ve reklam amacıyla kullanmayız.
Paylaşım
Bilgilerin yalnızca hizmeti sağlamamıza yardımcı olan altyapı sağlayıcılarıyla (sunucu barındırma, e-posta gönderimi, Apple, Google, RevenueCat) ve sadece gerektiği kadar paylaşılır.
Verilerini silme
Bir ürünü ya da belgeyi uygulamadan istediğin an silebilirsin. Ayarlar > Tüm verilerimi sil ile hesabını, ürünlerini ve belgelerini kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. Ayrıca bize e-posta ile de ulaşabilirsin.
Çocuklar
Ownwise yetişkinler için tasarlanmıştır ve çocuklardan bilerek bilgi toplamaz.

Information we collect
- Account: Your email address if you sign in with email; if you sign in with Apple or Google, the user identifier the provider gives us, your email address and (if you share it) your name. If you use the app without an account, only an anonymous guest identifier is created.
- Family sharing: Your display name in the family if you join one. Family members see the family's items, documents and warranties together.
- Purchases: If you buy Ownwise Plus, the purchase record (product, date, price, country). Apple handles the payment; we never see your card details.
- Documents: Images or PDFs of the invoices, receipts, warranty cards and manuals you scan or upload, and the text read from them.
- Content you enter: Product name, brand, model, serial number, category, store, purchase date, price, warranty and return periods, and notes.
- Usage and error logs: Events kept on our own analytics server (VoSpace) to improve the app and find problems: account creation, purchases and technical error logs. These events are linked to your account identifier; the contents of your documents are not included. There are no ads and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
How documents are read
When you upload a document, it is sent to Google's Gemini AI service to fill in the product and warranty details automatically. Google processes this content to answer the request and, for a limited time, to prevent abuse; it does not use it to train its models. Your documents are stored on our own servers.
How purchases are processed
Ownwise Plus purchases are verified through RevenueCat. Your account identifier, a device identifier and the purchase record from Apple are sent to RevenueCat and used only to verify and restore your purchase. RevenueCat's privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy
Information that stays on your device
Warranty and return reminders are created on your device.
How we use information
We use your information only to run the app: storing your documents and items, reading documents, answering your searches, sending sign-in code emails, verifying your purchase and fixing errors. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Sharing
Your information is shared only with infrastructure providers that help us run the service (server hosting, email delivery, Apple, Google, RevenueCat), and only as much as needed.
Deleting your data
You can delete any item or document in the app at any time. Settings > Delete all my data permanently deletes your account, items and documents. You can also email us.
Children
Ownwise is designed for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children.
